Welcome to Vimla Fuels & Metals

About our company

Vimla Fuels & Metals Ltd. (VFML) is a well-known name in the metallurgical coal and coke business. The group of companies is located in Bhilai, Durgapur, and Kandla, dealing in met coke, coal, steel, and steel wire. With over 20 years of vigorous presence in both the East and West Coasts of the Indian market, VFML started its journey as a coke breeze trader with a small corpus and a big vision, successfully running the trading business with strong tie-ups with major corporate houses.

In 2017, the group decided to expand its business and chose Gujarat, Kandla, as a manufacturing hub for producing metallurgical coke. They acquired a distressed met coke plant in the Bhachau region, and the rest is history in this sector.

Currently, we are running three large plants on long-term leases, and two new coke oven plants with dry quenching technology are in the process of commissioning. We are the largest met coke producer in the Kutch region, producing around half a million tons of coke per annum. We are rapidly expanding our footprint in the export market and adopting all practices according to international standards.
